Powerful Mini PC by BosGame

When I needed to replace my aging laptop, which served my home recording studio, I was looking for a budget-friendly solution that wouldn't require sacrificing quality and performance.

The PC primarily needed to be quiet in the room where I record voiceovers, and it also needed to power a 4K monitor for maximum workspace.

This amazing tool, the BOSGAME Mini PC P2 Lite, is capable of projecting simultaneously on three 4K screens—wow!

Connected to my external audio interface, the M-Audio (highly recommended, with two versions for different needs and budgets), I can record and mix with real-time effects.

As a videographer, I also tested DaVinci Resolve and the Adobe suite, to make sure everything works beautifully.

The only limitation I wanted to overcome was the number of USB ports (4 x 3.2 Gen2 10Gbps + 1 USB Type-C port) because I connect:

• Keyboard

• Wireless mouse dongle (I can't work without that side button I use as a "back" button)

• Synthesizer (M-Audio Keystation 49 MK3)

• Audio interface:

  M-Audio AIR 192x14 (8 inputs), M-Track Solo (2 inputs)

• Mixing console (such as the Akai MIDImix)

• External drive for transfers [I love using this Sabrent USB3.2 enclosure with a Crucial or WD NVMe SSD for guaranteed performance!]

• My smartphone

So, I added a powered USB hub (brand K&ZZ), ensuring no performance loss when connecting components that require USB power. A fantastic addition!

I love the responsivness of this 12th generation 8-core Intel i5-12600H that came with Windows 11 Pro (simple installation video will be available soon). The super fast 512GB of space is enough for my needs and you can easely upgrade the RAM (up to 64GB) as well.

Bluetooth v5.2, Dual 2.5GbE LAN port, Wi-Fi 6E, audio jack... Is there anything else you'd need? :)

This complete solution was affordable and allows me to have my mini studio 100% functional.
